The First and Last Reservations are Made

The First.....middle of June:  Williams, AZ, at the Railway Hotel, train ride the next morning to the Grand Canyon, a night at the South Rim, train ride back to Williams the following afternoon.

The Last.....5,000 miles and 5+ weeks later:  Only 21 or so miles form our first reservation....the Grand Canyon Lodge on North Rim.
